Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work space in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the requirements of the Board of Health. Assist with inventory and putting orders away. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. Adhere to departmental quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring A secondary school diploma or a minimum of one-year related work experience. A sense of pride in the work you do. Safe food handling course, knife handling skills. Proven high level of Customer Service. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and procedures. The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in hot, cold and humid environments. Food Safe certification preferred. Why Work With Us?
