Unposting Date: 2026-10-14 11:59 PM Your Role Reporting to the Director, Kids’ Camp; Youth Programming, you will manage a portfolio of TV series. Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned series by providing guidance, fostering close collaboration and maintaining regular communication with creators, independent producers, creative teams and internal Radio-Canada departments. Represent the Radio-Canada Kids’ Camp; Youth Programming department at official functions and in your professional communications. Build and maintain strong working relationships with producers, distributors, creative collaborators, crew members and production teams. Collaborate effectively and contribute positively as part of a team. This is a one (1) year full-time contract position. This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Minimum five (5) years’ television industry experience, including the development and oversight of kids’ and youth series. Deep understanding of young audiences, including their media consumption habits, interests and preferences. Familiarity with the TV production industry in Quebec and other relevant markets. Proven ability to maintain editorial vision and creative alignment across all stages of production. Strong analytical skills for evaluating story elements, scripts and edits in both live-action and animation. Solid interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build positive relationships. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines. In-depth understanding of CBC/Radio-Canada’s organizational culture, programming and strategic priorities. Excellent written French. Fluency in English with strong written and spoken communication skills (bilingualism). Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing. Requirements

Candidates should understand young audiences and relevant production markets, have strong editorial, analytical, interpersonal, and project management abilities, and demonstrate excellent French and strong English communication skills.
