Central Ontario FS was founded on September 1, 2024 from two GROWMARK retail divisions: FS PARTNERS, specializing in agronomy and grain, and UPI Energy FS, focusing on energy products and services. Our skilled team provides leading-edge agronomic, precision ag and energy products, services and solutions to a diverse customer base. In addition, we offer grain marketing through our partnership with Great Lakes Grain. Membership is open to local farmer-producers throughout central and southwestern Ontario.

The intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas, including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations. They will also develop customer service skills by assisting clients, processing orders, and maintaining accurate administrative records.

The intern will manage the posting of seasonal roles, screen resumes, and coordinate recruitment activities such as job fairs and career days. They will also assist with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

The intern will develop and manage social media content, conduct in-field interviews, and analyze digital engagement across the company's website and mobile apps. They will also collaborate with staff to highlight branch activities and complete a personal Digital Engagement Project.

Responsible for the sale of fuel, automotive products, and in-store merchandise while processing transactions. Duties include filling gas and propane tanks, washing windshields, and maintaining the property's cleanliness.
