Schedule: 35 h / week Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 4 PM Start Date: 2026-10-05 The administrative heart of the CSSMB in Saint-Laurent Located in Saint-Laurent, the Head Office brings together the administrative teams that support all CSSMB establishments. Responsibilities THIS POSITION IS RESERVED FOR CSSMB EMPLOYEES AND OTHER CSS OR CS EMPLOYEES. Analyze, evaluate, and apply professional techniques related to accounting, financial, and statistical operations; Conduct analysis of revenue and expense accounts and report on them; Collect and analyze budget requests; Participate in the establishment and revision of the budget and propose adjustments as needed; Develop and apply standards and procedures specific to their sector; Perform necessary projections for establishing operating costs; Prepare accounting entries and verify the compliance of accounting operations while ensuring the verification of invoices to be paid and accounts receivable; Collaborate in the preparation and production of financial statements and analyze them; Design and develop work, planning, or budget control tools for the relevant staff; Prepare and lead information sessions; Participate in the development and updating of specific software programs; Coordinate tasks related to payroll production and any other related tasks. Requirements Terminal university degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly in professional accounting, finance, business administration, or management; Demonstrated client-oriented skills; Communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Good listening skills; Organizational and planning skills; Autonomy; Versatile person with good adaptability; Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate rigor; Ease in modeling and understanding computer systems.
