Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for employees’ working environment needs. Assist with initiatives to enhance employees’ working environment and experience. Perform reception duties and assist in scheduling customer visits. Manage vendors and support the working environment by ordering and stocking supplies. Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests. Create awareness of benefits, activities, and available employee services. Support all shipping and receiving activities with various carriers across multiple countries. Collect, analyze, and present data as required. Assist office management with various tasks as needed.#LI-MG Qualifications On-Site: Ottawa, ON Canada 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or related positions. Energetic people person with strong execution skills and customer service orientation Experience in Shipping and Receiving is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
