What you will do: Our Cooks are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest. The Cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. * Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Company. * Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. * Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. * Serve food in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature. * Execute daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.
