What you’ll do
The successful candidate will prepare and replenish large quantities of salad and sandwich stocks while maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness. They will also assist with inventory management and provide general support throughout the kitchen as required.
Requirements
The role requires the ability to work a rotation of 20 days on and 10 days off, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be comfortable working in a remote lodge environment and performing physical kitchen tasks.
