Job summary
Clean Harbors in Breslau, ON location is currently looking for a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy diesel equipment at our facility/shop. Wage range for this position: $38-42/hour. This position rotation is Tuesday to Friday 1 pm- 11:30pm, with the occasional opportunity to work weekends/overtime. What you’ll do
The Heavy Duty Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy diesel equipment at the facility. They are also expected to oversee, coach, and mentor apprentices and shop laborers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Mechanic certification (310T license) and have at least 3 years of experience maintaining heavy units. Familiarity with diesel engines and a valid CVI license are also required.
