The Building Operator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of 40 buildings across the 38-acre Granville Island site. This includes performing reactive and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to ensure a safe environment for visitors. Candidates must possess a post-secondary certificate in a building trade and at least 5 years of equivalent building maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and demonstrated knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems are required.
