We invite applications for the position of full-time Baker to join our team at our Hawkstone Food Store located in Edmonton, AB. Successful applicants must be available for early morning open shifts (3am -11:30am/ 5am- 1:30pm) and weekends. Open availability is required. What you’ll do: * Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the department * Prepare a wide variety of baked goods using specific guidelines * Ensure consistency of all products being baked * Ability to follow production planners working with the Manager to project daily requirements while managing shrink * Keep cooler and freezers organized while having a good understanding of stock * Cleaning bakery in adherence to all food safety guidelines * Filling out temperature and sanitation guides Why it matters: Unlike traditional businesses, we're owned by our members—the same people who use our products and services.
