Job Overview: Reporting to the Merchandising Department Supervisor you will be responsible to: * Consistently demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s RISE values: Responsibility, Integrity, Service and Excellence. * Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to every customer. * Build positive and cooperative relationships with customers and team members. * Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using various payment methods. * Stock shelves and merchandise products to maintain attractive, well-organized displays. * Complete general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean, safe and organized. What You Bring: * Knowledge of agricultural and livestock products is considered an asset. * Strong computer skills, including experience using a point-of-sale system. * Adaptable, organized and able to work efficiently in a changing environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands effectively. * Commitment to providing quality work with strong attention to detail. * Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including occasional heavy lifting. * Previous customer service experience is considered an asset. * Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. * Results-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality work. * Able to build positive relationships, value different perspectives and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
