Gas Bar/C-Store Clerk - Student

Central Sask. Co-op is hiring a Student/Part-Time Clerk for our 8th Ave. C-Store/Gas Bar in Humboldt, SK What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: * Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point-of-Sale system including carwash, lottery, and tobacco sales * Stocking – stock and face products within the store * General C-store duties - housekeeping, opening, closing Who you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and: * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You have retail experience in the areas of customer service or willing to learn * You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives * To adhere to Humboldt Co-op’s Health & Safety Program and all Humboldt Co-op policies and procedures * You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders and kneel Reports to: C-Store/Gas Bar Manager

The clerk is responsible for processing transactions at the point-of-sale system and maintaining store inventory through stocking and facing products. Additionally, the role involves general housekeeping duties and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Candidates should have or be willing to learn retail customer service skills and must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs and climbing ladders. Applicants must be available to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
