Job Overview: Reporting to Ag and Energy Division Manager, you will be responsible for: * Developing a strong workplace culture which demonstrates Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, Excellence in everything we do * Promoting our Co-op brand values: Locally Invested, Community-Minded, and Lifetime Membership Benefits * Developing, coaching, mentoring, and maintaining a team of Petroleum/Cardlock clerks and attendants that consistently deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here.” * Assisting with the development and achievement of operating plans and budgets; analyzing changes that affect the Petroleum operation and goals, consulting with Ag and Energy Division Manager and making necessary changes or adjustments to meet or exceed expectations. * Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fuel handling standards, and company policies * Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training * Attending management and training meetings as required * Willing to take all mandatory and additional optional training to develop knowledge and skills required * Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations * Ensuring repair and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner * Ensuring established Occupational Health and Safety programs are delivered and adhered to in a consistent manner * Support other operational initiatives and perform additional duties as required by management What You Bring: * Grade 12 Preferred * Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience is considered an asset * Minimum of 5 years leading and managing teams/direct reports of 10+ employees, preferably in a related or service industry * Strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis * Knowledge of fuel operations, safety standards, and bulk retail (an asset) * A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence Why Work With Us: * Work-Life Balance: Paid sick and vacation time * Financial Perks: Employee bonus program, wellness program, and pension plan * Growth Opportunities: Ongoing learning and development opportunities * Competitive Pay: $ 78,485 - $98,115 based on skills and experience * Comprehensive Benefits: Vision, Medical, Dental * Diversity & Inclusion: We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected! * How to Apply: Send your cover letter and resume to recruiting@fourrivers.crs [recruiting@fourrivers.crs] or call 672-645-6300 for more information.
