We embrace a holistic, resident centric approach to care by delivering personalized services at the highest quality. How YOU make a difference Guest Attendants support and deliver on all personalized activities of daily living that meet our resident’s needs. This includes basic living support, personal hygiene, companionship and nutritional support. Guest Attendants are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with our residents, families and teams with continuous ongoing and effective communication Our Guest Attendants document the completion of tasks on an electronic health record platform throughout their shift and can quickly identify and communicate changes in resident care needs to our clinical leads. Guest attendants provide personalized daily living support, including personal hygiene, companionship, and nutritional assistance to residents. They also maintain accurate electronic health records and communicate resident care needs to the clinical team.

Candidates must possess strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service. A current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification, along with a valid Vulnerable Sector Check, is required.
