Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing. Oversight of field and office teams, comprised of project surveyors, cad technicians, and field crews. New Business Development combining existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design’s diverse Land Survey & Measurement Service lines which include: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys. Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of field survey operations, along with a deep knowledge of the engineering and construction industry Possess a strong technical background in conventional survey and remote sensing technologies Strong property line/R.O.W. experience NYC public agency experience a plus Professional Land Surveyor License required. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation. Experience with Trimble and/or Leica equipment and software Experience in projects utilizing 3D scanning a plus 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description. Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. A valid drivers license is required.
