These include uniformed guard, mobile response and support services, by-law enforcement and identification services. We are currently seeking a Commissionaire to join our growing team. WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Conduct patrols in military barracks checking for any maintenance issues Assist with In and Out processing of military members Act as Fire Warden Ensure all rooms are "move in" ready Complete "March Out" and other site paperwork as directed Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and deportment Other duties as required by the client WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US: *MUST* Ontario Security Guard License *MUST* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate *MUST* be able to obtain Secret Security Clearance (resident in Canada 10 years or longer, clean record, clean credit history) Ability to stand/sit/walk for long periods of time Ability to complete frequent patrols Ability to speak/read/communicate in English (fluently), ability to speak French is consider an asset Able to multi-task and work well with little to no supervision Excellent customer service and reception skills WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Medical and Dental Employee assistance program Family Assistance program Coaching and counselling support WHAT THE JOB OFFERS YOU: Rate of Pay: $24.82 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0730 to 1600 hrs; occasional Saturday and Sunday 0730 to 1400 hrs Location: CFB Borden WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR COMMSSIONAIRES: As a front-line representative of our company and client’s site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multitask and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.
