Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline and have over 10 years of experience with manufacturing IT/OT systems, including demonstrated strategy setting and hands-on support for various industrial applications. Proven ability to manage end-to-end program execution, lead cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholders is essential.
