They also support regional teams and plant committees by providing tools and guidance to align global priorities with local workforce needs. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three to five years of experience in program management, culture change, or inclusion initiatives. Strong communication, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills are required to influence and build trust across diverse global regions.
