Responsibilities include identifying optimization opportunities, leading continuous improvement plans, and reviewing performance data to maintain safety and eliminate contamination. Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience along with 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably within the food industry in a union environment. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field like Engineering or Management, along with experience using SAP or other ERP systems, is required.
