ContainerWorld also operates in Ontario. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM Position Overview: Working mainly independently with guidance as required, ensures the timely billing of all activities pertaining to the Company’s operations in order to maintain an uninterrupted revenue stream. Job Description: * Generate invoices for services provided by the company * Respond to all customer inquiries * Maintain master file rate files to ensure accurate billings * Resolve discrepancies in billing and communicate with clients/customers regarding invoices and payments. * Assist with month-end closing by preparing invoicing and reports * Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, etc.) to ensure accurate billing. Required Qualifications: * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; including process improvement abilities * Good customer service and interpersonal skills * Excellent data entry and computer skills such as Excel * Education in accounting and/or finance is an asset. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Preference will be given to candidates with previous truck/ocean billing experience * Experience working on Sage is a plus * Excellent problem-solving skills * A self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ContainerWorld provides competitive compensation and excellent benefits to include pension, extended health, scholarships, career development training, stock share purchase programs etc. ContainerWorld is a subsidiary of Mullen Group publicly traded on TSX.
