As a Healthcare Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing nurse call and RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems). What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” * Install, service, and inspect nurse call and RTLS systems. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with networked electronic systems, software, and front-end workstations/servers. * Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, and repairs in a timely and professional manner. * Review and interpret as-built drawings and documentation to correct deficiencies and restore systems with minimal supervision. * Validate, test, and commission nurse call and RTLS systems onsite to ensure proper functionality. * Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams regarding project updates, service status, and customer requests. * Collaborate effectively with managers, engineers, technicians, and consulting partners to deliver high-quality solutions. What You’ll Need * Strong troubleshooting skills with networked electronic systems and software. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency service needs. * Technical certifications or relevant field experience are considered an asset. Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with healthcare communication systems and hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance and a valid driver's license.
