Equipment Coordinator

The Equipment Coordinator will track container movements, manage equipment imbalances, and coordinate empty repositioning to optimize asset utilization. They will also handle maintenance and repair claims, billing, and provide professional customer service support for intermodal operations.

Export Coordinator

The Export Coordinator will manage outbound container movements by verifying documentation, maintaining data integrity in internal systems, and coordinating with terminals and stakeholders. They are also responsible for resolving operational exceptions, managing invoicing cycles, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for VIP accounts, managing high-priority ocean container movements and ensuring service excellence.
