We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Associate in our fulfillment center on 4848 275 Street, Unit 206, Langley Township, BC V4W 0A2. In this role, the worker will assist the warehouse operator to ensure the proper functioning of logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, thorough, and attentive to detail. This position represents an excellent opportunity to actively participate in the development of a young Canadian start-up and the creation of a strong customer-centric culture. What you'll be doing Ensure daily Core & Support Activities (Unloading containers, Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full. Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all FC activities. Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees. Take accountability for core & support activities and propose action plans when results are not met. Other related tasks. We'd love to hear from you if you have 2+ years experience in a FC setting. Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location. Experience in a quality control environment is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus. We care about you Strong customer-centric culture.
