The Role You’ll support the planning, activation, measurement, and reporting of performance media programs. You’ll build strong technical and analytical fundamentals while contributing reliable execution and useful insights to the team. What You’ll Do Support media plans, campaign briefs, audience definitions, budgets, and KPI documentation. Build and QA campaigns, creative tags, tracking parameters, audiences, and conversion setups. Monitor delivery, pacing, budgets, and basic performance indicators. Pull, reconcile, organize, and visualize performance data for reporting. Conduct basic analysis and help identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Maintain naming conventions, documentation, trafficking logs, invoices, and operational records. Participate in team and client workflows while building platform and measurement knowledge. Who You Are Have relevant experience through work, internships, coursework, training, or projects in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related area. Understand the basics of paid media, customer journeys, and performance KPIs. Are comfortable using spreadsheets and working with quantitative information. Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to QA and data accuracy. Communicate clearly and work collaboratively. Are organized, curious, dependable, and willing to ask effective questions. Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
