POSITION SUMMARY The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the branch. This position provides direction to all branch employees, ensures operational excellence, maintains a strong safety culture, and delivers an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the branch using EOS principles by driving accountability, solving issues, achieving Rocks, and meeting branch performance goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead, coach, and hold branch employees accountable to company expectations and Core Values. * Foster a positive, respectful, customer-focused, and safety-first culture. * Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including warehouse, plant, service, delivery, and retail functions. * Ensure branch financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, productivity, and profitability. * Monitor branch inventory levels and coordinate purchasing. * Maintain Canadian Bottled Water Association (CBWA) compliance and operational standards. * Oversee employee scheduling, vacation requests, time-off approvals, and staffing requirements. * Complete employee coaching, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline when required. * Help to recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new employees. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. * Maintain accurate branch reporting, including Watertight reporting and operational metrics. * Support company growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. * Serve as the primary emergency contact for branch security and operational issues. * Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Successful candidates will demonstrate: * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to lead with accountability while building trust and engagement. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. * Ability to make sound decisions independently. * Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong computer skills and willingness to learn company software systems. REQUIREMENTS * Graduated high school. * Clean RCMP Criminal Record Check must be supplied. * Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. * Clean Driver's Abstract must be supplied.
