Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into system requirements and drive verification strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical, Controls, or Mechanical Engineering. Must have experience leading complex automated equipment design, applying FMEA risk analysis, and managing the full engineering lifecycle.
