We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the insurance or trucking/transportation industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to management and various departments. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars. Maintain and update company records, files, and databases. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized office environment. Support insurance brokers and team members with administrative tasks. Enter and update client information accurately in internal systems. Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time. Perform general office duties and other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role. Experience in the insurance or trucking/transportation industry is a strong asset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines. Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punjabi language skills are a strong asset.
