About the Opportunity We're looking for an experienced bilingual (English/French) Payroll Specialist III to deliver accurate, timely payroll services for a portfolio of clients across Canada. You'll process end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone building their payroll expertise while delivering consistent, high-quality service. What You'll Get to Do Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time. Process payroll changes, tax updates, benefits, garnishments, and payments. Perform payroll audits and quality checks. Manage quarter-end and year-end payroll activities. Provide payroll support to English- and French-speaking customers. Partner with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues. Maintain accurate customer documentation. Meet service-level commitments. Contribute ideas for process improvements. Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service. Skills and Experience We Value Professional fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required. Minimum of three years of payroll experience. Experience processing end-to-end payroll. Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, benefits, and garnishments. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. What Would Make You Stand Out Experience with Dayforce or similar payroll technology. Payroll certification or willingness to obtain one.
