About the Opportunity Under general supervision, the Employee Relations Manager II serves as a support to leaders and HR partners, providing general guidance on employee relations matters to ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant workplace. The Employee Relations Manager II takes an active role in managing practices, identifying risks, driving consistency across the organization, recognizing and responding to compliance concerns, and researching and driving best practices. The position requires the ability to balance business needs, compliance, and employee experience. What You'll Get to Do Support employee relations, advising managers and HR partners on performance management, disciplinary actions, workplace conduct, and corrective actions. Work with higher-level ER Managers, HRDPs, and HRBPs to support workforce adjustments and redundancies, as well as the management of conduct allegations related to performance and policy breaches. Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership on escalated matters, litigation holds, agency charges, and risk mitigation strategies. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on conflict resolution, difficult conversations, and effective people management practices. Support organizational change initiatives, such as restructures and reductions in force, by providing employee relations guidance and risk assessment. Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements. Skills and Experience We Value 3–4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with demonstrated experience handling a variety of performance management cases in countries within North America, including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, objectivity, and sound judgment. Excellent communication, consultation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or multi-location environments is preferred. What Would Make You Stand Out Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
