You will lead engineering standards, own the quality bar for AI outputs, and act as a force multiplier across multiple product teams. The role requires extensive experience building production-ready agentic systems, including orchestration and evaluation frameworks. You must have strong backend development skills, preferably in C# and .NET, along with a proven track record of delivering reliable distributed systems.
