Club Administrator Provide day-to-day administrative support to The Arbour operations, ensuring the smooth running of the Club and the highest level of service for members. Manage all membership administration, including new member applications, renewals, suspensions, cancellations, and maintaining accurate member records. Act as the first point of contact for member enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to requests, reservations, and general information. Coordinate the member onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, agreements, and access requirements are completed accurately. Maintain The Arbour's membership management system by updating member profiles, preferences, contact details, and account information. Assist members with reservations for The Arbour facilities, dining experiences, events, and other exclusive services. Prepare membership agreements, invoices, correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation. Coordinate communications with members regarding The Arbour updates, events, promotions, and exclusive experiences. Liaise with internal departments to ensure member requests are communicated and delivered efficiently. Support the administration and coordination of events and exclusive member experiences when required. Maintain organised records, calendars, filing systems, and confidential member information in accordance with company policies. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Deliver an exceptional level of service, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusive standards and values of The Arbour. Work evenings and weekends when required to support operations and member events. Carry out any other administrative duties related to The Arbour as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, administration, or sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Confident dealing with clients and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
