Servicing bicycles: aligning the wheels, adjusting the derailleur gears, changing the chain, adjusting the brakes, installing racks and mudguards. Sharpening ice skates and waxing skis in winter. Operating the custom printing machine on textiles. Invoicing customers according to the service provided. Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer’s needs. Providing support to teammates in other departments and store events. Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
