Department: Door Plant & Zonavita Shift: 2-Week Rotation (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM) Key Responsibilities * Assemble doors at the Door Plant and build doors for Zonavita at the Main Plant Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times * Read and understand work orders, drawings, and production paperwork * Assemble door components using standard processes, tools, and equipment * Perform gluing, clamping, and assembly using decorative and rotary clamps * Assemble mortise, mitre, panel, mullion, decorative, and specialty doors * Inspect materials and finished products for defects, alignment, and quality * Adjust clamp pressure and assembly methods based on product requirements * Maintain steady product flow to the next workstation * Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: * A strong commitment to safety and proper use of required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes). * Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and make corrections. * Solid understanding of wood materials and machining principles. * Dependability, teamwork, and pride in producing top-quality components.
