We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Day Porters to join our team in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our site. You will work independently to ensure all areas meet our high cleanliness standards while adhering to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and committed to delivering quality work on a consistent basis. This is a permanent full-time position with a schedule of five (5) shifts per week. Your work will include: Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, pantries, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in a timely manner. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of materials. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. A great attitude! Floor care experience an asset (able to scrub, buff and polish floors) A minimum of 6 months' cleaning experience Must be comfortable standing for a long period of time Must be comfortable using cleaning products Able to communicate with supervisor, Client and general public Able to lift up to 25 lbs A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
