Job Description Manage relationships with key suppliers Monitor stock levels Pick up and delivery of supplies to team members Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data. Maintains inventory controls Review supplies to ensure quality Able to demonstrate organizational, time-management and decision-making skills Keep all records updated Look for effective ways to improve day to day operational objectives and efficiency Recommend more efficient processes for assigned duties Serve as a point of contact for all warehouse inventory Vehicle control and inventory, regular maintenance Vehicle mileage tracking, fuel usage, Monthly reports Maintains a safe and clean working environment Complies with all Dexterra rules and regulations Managing a fluctuating workload and set priorities to meet deadlines Qualifications Proven experience as a warehouse administrator Advanced MS Office skills, with focus on Excel Ability/Experience to process and track Purchase Orders Experience dealing with stakeholders including quoting, order processing and tracking Professional attitude and demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal sills A strong analytical mindset Teamwork motivated Strong time management skills Proven work ethic and dependability Additional Information Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
