The ideal candidate will have excellent managerial skills, sales experience, and wholesale experience. Job Responsibilities: Manage and improve operational processes and procedures Responsible for managing the team Provide customer service to wholesale customers Work with wholesale customers to enter and manage custom orders Establish sales processes and monthly specials to drive sales Will impact sales by cultivating new and existing relationships Other job duties as assigned Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is preferred Experience in the door industry is preferred Sales experience is required Experience with wholesale is preferred Must have experience with Microsoft Office products and be able to navigate the computer Must have a valid driver’s license Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. The Wholesale Department Manager will oversee operational processes and manage the team to drive sales through new and existing customer relationships. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling custom orders for wholesale clients.

Candidates should have sales and wholesale experience, with a preference for a bachelor's degree and background in the door industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
