Coordinate emergency escalations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe care trajectories and continuity of care. Requires a bachelor's degree in mental health or human relations and at least 2 years of intervention experience with mental health clients. Must be bilingual in English and French and available to work night shifts, including recurring weekends.
