Responsibilities include coordinating program development, budgeting, faculty evaluation, and ensuring academic standards are met. Requires a graduate degree (PhD preferred) and at least three years of administrative leadership experience in a post-secondary institution. Candidates must also have a minimum of five years of post-secondary teaching experience in a relevant discipline.
