Welcome dealership customers, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Handle incoming calls, distribute mail and faxes, coordinate courier pickups, maintain reception and waiting areas, and perform clerical and administrative duties.

Greet parts customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable parts and accessories, provide accurate quotes, and process payments or credit authorizations. Supply parts to retail customers and technicians, handle telephone inquiries and shipping and receiving, and assist with merchandising and other assigned tasks.
