Reports to the Bakery & Pala Lead. The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing Roman-style pizza according to authentic Italian recipes while maintaining high quality and sanitation standards. They also assist with sales and engage with guests to share knowledge about the pizza production process.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a back-of-house production role and possess strong communication and time management skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility for an 8-hour shift.
