Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and mentor field staff on-site while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment; Manage daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules; Maintain strict safety standards and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment; Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners, building positive working relationships that drive project success; Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks; Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the project manager, consultants, and client representatives; Monitor progress against the project schedule and regularly report on status; Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect among all team members. Requirements

Requires 5-10 years of experience in a related role with a Gold Seal Certification and OHSA certification. Must have proven success in large-scale commercial, institutional, and high-rise projects, specifically with design-builds.
