What You’ll Be Doing Provide leadership and technical oversight to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls. Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, inventory, and job costing. Review existing processes with a critical eye, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Improve and develop processes to increase accuracy and efficiency across the finance function. Support the enhancement of financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as the organization continues to grow. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and requirements. Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to the accounting team. Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and other financial analysis as required. Act as a technical resource to the Finance team and provide insight to support business decisions. What You Bring CPA designation required; will consider those in final steps Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; public accounting experience with manufacturing clients will also be considered. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong technical accounting knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
