Our client, a company specializing in accounting in Montreal, is looking for a receptionist for the tax season.

Main tasks:

• Answering calls.
• Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
• Verifying, scanning, managing, copying, and classifying documents.
• Performing other tasks as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of English to effectively communicate with both French- and English-speaking clients (30% of the time).

Salary: $22 per hour Schedule: Daytime, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Status: Temporary
