Tasks

• Provide customer service at the counter, over the phone, via text message, and by email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders in collaboration with the purchasing team.
• Ensure product distribution to customers according to counter orders.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers.
• Work closely with the distribution team and sales representatives to manage operational challenges.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.
• Assist the warehouse team when needed (physical tasks).
• Perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor.

Job requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• High school diploma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software tools, such as Power BI.
• Ability to perform physical tasks when required (must be able to lift up to 25 kg).
• Advanced English proficiency (English will be used in approximately 50% of daily communications).
• College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in building mechanics, air conditioning and ventilation systems, or relevant training in a related field (an asset).
• Experience in the construction industry (an asset).
