Job details

This position will be responsible to cataloguing our 'showcase' items; high end items such as cell phones, tablets, computers, ear buds and headphones, etc. You will be responsible to catalogue the products for upcoming auctions by testing the functionality of each item- is the phone locked, does it power on/off, connectivity to wi-fi and Bluetooth, are there any defects with the product, doing factory default resets on products, ensuring gaming systems are operational, ensure the condition reports are accurate and detailed to maximize bids from our customers. Working with our customized software program, you will maintain a steady pace of opening, testing, cataloguing and repackaging the products for resale. The success candidates will be very comfortable navigating their way through many systems and will possess an above average understanding of how technology works. They will be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout their shift, stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift. Why Choose Encore?
