Job Title - Hubspot Integrator - Bilingual Type - Contract Location - Montreal , QC Job Summary We are migrating our secure client portal to a new infrastructure (GCP) with a brand-new design and CSS. Since our public-facing website and emails are managed on HubSpot, we need a HubSpot expert to align our public site's visual identity with our new app and build easy-to-use templates for our marketing team. We need a HubSpot expert to align our public site's visual identity with our new app and build easy-to-use templates for our marketing team, applying the new design across HubSpot CMS, page templates, email templates, and dynamic content. Responsibilities The Deliverables Apply the new design: Take the CSS/Design from our new development team and adapt it to our global HubSpot CMS theme. Build "Drag-and-Drop" templates: Rebuild our page templates (landing pages, website pages) so the marketing team can build pages without touching a single line of code. Apply the new design and integrate templates for the Knowledge Center. Code custom modules (HubL): Create custom, easy-to-fill building blocks for the HubSpot page editor. Revamp email templates: Code new email templates (newsletters, webinar confirmations) that match our new design AND render perfectly everywhere. Including email coming from active workflow. Manage dynamic content: Ensure our HubDB-driven pages (like our training and webinar listings, studies, blog) display perfectly with the new look. Required Skills: Expert-level HubSpot CMS and HubL. Strong HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript. Proven experience coding HTML emails (tables, inline CSS, Outlook conditional comments). Ability to work autonomously using CSS files provided by our dev team. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
