Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead Remote Experience: 8–15+ years We are looking for a Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead with strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development, automation scripting, integrations, configuration, customization, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers Design and develop Maximo automation scripts, workflows, and reports Design and implement Maximo integration solutions Configure and customize Maximo applications Troubleshoot and optimize Maximo applications and integrations Conduct technical reviews and maintain coding standards Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Prepare technical documentation and support project delivery Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo development experience Strong Maximo configuration, customization, and integration experience Automation scripting using Python, Jython, JavaScript Experience with BIRT and/or Cognos Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) Experience with MAS / Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP) Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills Previous technical leadership/team mentoring experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Agile experience is an asset

Requirements

Requires 10 or more years of hands-on IBM Maximo development, including configuration, customization, integrations, automation scripting, and strong knowledge of the Maximo Integration Framework. Candidates should also have experience with BIRT or Cognos, MAS or Red Hat OpenShift, performance troubleshooting, and technical team leadership; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is specified, and Agile experience is an asset.
