REPRÉSENTANT DES VENTES - CVAC-R EPM Mecanic est une entreprise Lavalloise spécialisée dans le domaine de la climatisation, réfrigération, ventilation et chauffage depuis 40 ans. Nous offrons des services d’entretien, de contrôle et d’installation à travers le Québec et l’Ontario. Nos programmes avant-gardistes d’entretien développés ainsi que la qualité de nos services ont permis à EPM de devenir une entreprise de choix et une référence pour nos clients commerciaux et Industriels. EPM Mecanic est à la recherche d’un.e Représentant.e des ventes spécialisé.e en CVAC-R afin de combler son équipe de Laval. Description du poste: Le représentant des ventes aura comme mandat le maintien de la relation d'affaires avec la clientèle existante ainsi que l'acquisition de nouveaux clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Pour ce faire, le représentant devra s'assurer de maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction chez les clients. Responsabilités du poste: Effectuer la gestion des comptes clients existants Effectuer le développement d’affaires commerciales, institutionnelles & industrielles Agir comme conseiller technique (CVAC-R & combustion) Faire des soumissions pour des contrats et des travaux Établir la liste des équipements pour fins de soumission Entrée d’informations dans logiciel de gestion des prix Gestion du CRM Profil recherché: Excellente connaissance du domaine CVAC-R Expérience en combustion (un atout) Expérience en représentation sur la route Bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft et logiciel (Maestro si possible) Bonne aptitude à la résolution de problème Capacité à travailler sous pression Bonne gestion des priorités Anglais fonctionnel Avoir un véhicule & un permis de conduire valide (classe 5) Avantages : Assurances collectives Régime de retraite Congés payés Événements d'Entreprise Indemnité kilométrique Outils de travail & matériel informatique fournis

Requirements

Candidates should have excellent HVAC-R knowledge and experience in field sales; combustion experience is an asset. They should be comfortable with Microsoft tools and preferably Maestro, have strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, functional English, and a valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle.
