Strong business judgment and the ability to connect technology decisions to customer service, revenue, margin, efficiency and risk. Experience working with outsourced technology providers and software vendors. Interest and experience with AI, and testing and applying AI across tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, reporting and analytics, information security and access controls. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A practical, curious and accountable approach, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve. 7+ years of progressive experience in IT or business systems, including at least three years with accountability for an ERP platform in a distribution, wholesale or supply-chain environment. Post-secondary education in business, information systems, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Compensation & Benefits The expected total compensation range is $75,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The role is eligible for an annual performance bonus. ESBE offers group benefits, a retirement savings program and professional development support, subject to plan terms and eligibility.
