The Industrial Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within a high-demand industrial setting. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and client standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform routine cleaning of industrial areas, including offices, washrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces. * Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. * Handle waste collection, segregation, and disposal in accordance with site requirements. * Replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs. * Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. * Follow all site-specific safety procedures, PPE requirements, and WHMIS guidelines. * Report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents promptly. Qualifications: * Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred. * Ability to work in a remote or industrial environment. * Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures. * Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and comply with ongoing site testing requirements.
